Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of digital products and services on LeapSprouts (https://www.leapsprouts.com), operated by Cognovia Consulting Private Limited (“we”, “us”). It covers wallet credit packs, exam-prep packs, and subscriptions sold on this website.
2. Nature of products
All paid offerings are digital goods and services. There is no physical shipment. Credits, unlocked content, and subscription access are delivered electronically to your account after successful payment.
3. Cancellation before payment
You may abandon checkout at any time before completing payment. No charge is made until payment is successful.
4. Wallet credits & one-time digital purchases
- Because credits and digital content can be used immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits or content are delivered to your account.
- If a payment succeeds but credits/content are not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will either complete delivery or issue a refund after verification.
- Duplicate charges caused by a confirmed payment system error will be refunded after we verify the transaction with our payment partner.
5. Subscriptions
- You may cancel a subscription at any time from the in-app wallet/billing area or by emailing contact@cognoviaconsulting.com.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Access typically continues until the end of the already paid billing period unless otherwise stated at purchase.
- Partial-period refunds for unused subscription time are generally not provided, except where required by law or where we determine a service defect prevented use.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact@cognoviaconsulting.com with:
- Account email used on LeapSprouts
- Payment/order reference (from Razorpay receipt or bank statement)
- Date of purchase and reason for the request
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete eligible refunds within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment partner.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve delivery or billing issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
