LeapSprouts sells digital educational access (wallet top-ups, subscriptions, unlocks). There are no physical goods.
2. When refunds may apply
- Duplicate charges or confirmed payment errors
- Service not delivered due to a verified technical failure on our side
3. When refunds generally do not apply
- Consumed wallet usage after successful delivery
- Change of mind after features were used
