1. Digital-only delivery
LeapSprouts sells digital educational products and services only. Operated by Cognovia Consulting Private Limited, Salarpuria Greenage, Bangalore, India.
We do not ship physical goods. There are no courier deliveries, shipping charges, or delivery timelines for packages.
2. How products are delivered
- Wallet credits are credited to your account immediately after successful payment confirmation.
- Unlocked worksheets and generated PDFs are available in your account for download or online viewing.
- Subscriptions unlock eligible features for the paid period as soon as payment succeeds.
3. Delivery timeframe
Standard delivery is instant to a few minutes after payment success. In rare cases (network issues, payment gateway delay), delivery may take up to 24 hours. If access is missing after that window, email contact@cognoviaconsulting.com with your payment reference.
4. Service area
The Service is available online internationally, with pricing and payments oriented to India (INR). Internet access is required to use delivered digital content.
5. Failed delivery
If we cannot deliver a paid digital product due to a verified technical fault, we will either complete delivery or refund according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
